How We Check Listings

What we check

Before a locksmith appears on LockList, our team checks the listing to confirm it is a real, active business. That means we verify the business exists, has a working phone number, and is genuinely offering locksmith services.

What that means for you

You can search knowing that every locksmith on the directory has been checked by a person, not scraped from the internet. If a listing looks wrong, suspicious, or out of date, we remove it.

If something looks wrong

Locksmiths are human, and businesses change. If you see a listing that looks off, or you had a bad experience, tell us through the contact form and we will look into it.
